Reiki is the Japanese art of deep relaxation, and a type of energy healing. Having monthly reiki sessions will reduce stress, decrease pain levels, improve quality of sleep, and is a great self-care tool! As a Reiki practitioner, I place my hands on or slightly above the body to facilitate the movement of Chi (also known as Prana, or the energy within every living organism) to get rid of blockages in the energy centers and auric field, and to facilitate the healing and releasing processes.
