Reflexology is an ancient practice that uses gentle pressure and other techniques to stimulate circulation, relax the nervous system, decrease stress, improve sleep, and provide balance in the body. Studies show that using reflexology can help induce labor and reduce pain. 

Regular reflexology sessions during pregnancy can reduce morning sickness, decrease heartburn, increase energy levels, decrease back pain, decrease edema (swelling), and improve sleep quality. 

Reiki is the Japanese art of deep relaxation, and a type of energy healing. Having monthly reiki sessions will reduce stress, decrease pain levels, improve quality of sleep, and is a great self-care tool! As a Reiki practitioner, I place my hands on or slightly above the body to facilitate the movement of Chi (also known as Prana, or the energy within every living organism) to get rid of blockages in the energy centers and auric field, and to facilitate the healing and releasing processes.
